Refund policy
RETURN (REFUNDS & EXCHANGES) POLICY
All of our items are custom orders and final sales. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped unless there is a defect or incorrect shipment for which an exchange will be made.
All sales are final with few exceptions:
1) If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at info@yesiaminc.com for further information.
2) If you have received an incorrect item, we’ll happily replace it.
Exchange Returns that meet these above-mentioned conditions and are requested within 5 days from confirmation of your receipt of receiving the order will be accepted. Requests for Exchange Returns after 5 days from confirmation of your order being received will not be considered. Items marked final sale cannot be returned. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by all original tags in original packaging.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are not refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return-shipping cost, and in the case of an exchange, the cost of the shipping for the new item to you. The cost of shipping for exchanges will be deducted from your credit card or requested from your PayPal account.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the shipping of the exchanged item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@yesiaminc.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address on our label.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
